Para autorizar la salida del país de
cuadros originales pintados u obras de arte (este requerimiento se
aplica a TODOS los cuadros pintados, sin importar el
reconocimiento del artista. No se aplica a fotos o láminas
impresas) deberá:

En primera instancia, hacerlos valuar por la Oficina de Arte
del Banco Ciudad, ubicado en la calle Esmeralda 660, Planta
Baja, Capital Federal. El horario de atención es de 10:00 a 15:00
horas y el teléfono/ fax es 4393-8256. Deberá llevar los cuadros
originales o solicitar que un valuador vaya a su domicilio (el
costo de esto dependerá del valor de sus cuadros, con un mínimo de
$ 100). Deberá entregar una (1) fotografía tamaño postal (10 x 15
cm.) de cada uno de los cuadros u obras de arte a valuar (deberán
verse todos los bordes de las mismas) y llenar un formulario que
le será entregado allí con los datos completos del autor. En
aproximadamente 5 días le será entregado un informe con la
valuación y deberá abonar un arancel de acuerdo al valor de sus
cuadros.

Una vez efectuado esto deberá dirigirse a la Dirección de Artes
Visuales, ubicada en la calle Moreno 711, 6º piso, Capital
Federal. El horario de atención es de 11:00 a 16:00 hs, y el
teléfono es 4342-7396. Allí deberá presentar el informe del Banco
Ciudad con la valuación, dos (2) fotografías tamaño postal (10 x
15 cm.) de cada uno de los cuadros u obras de arte a valuar
(deberán verse todos los bordes de las mismas) y llenar un
formulario que le será entregado allí con los datos completos del
autor. Si se tienen TODOS los datos del autor, el trámite demora
aproximadamente 10 días hábiles, de no ser así puede tardar
aproximadamente 30 días.

Si desea que EXPORTAINER
efectúe éstos trámites en su lugar deberá firmar una autorización
a tal efecto, autenticada ante Escribano Público.

To authorize de export of original
paintings or works of art (this applies to ALL paintings, without
regard to the fame of the artist. It does not apply to prints or
photographs) shipper will have to:

original paintings or ask for a home visit (the cost of this will
depend on the value of the paintings to be valued, with a minimum
cost of $ 100). You´ll need to take one (1) 10 x 15 cm. photograph
of each painting or work of art (all borders must be visible).
You´ll be asked to fill in a form with complete information about
the artist. A report with the valuation will be handed to you in
approximately 5 days, at which time you will have to pay a fee
according to the value of the paintings.

Once this is done, you will need to go to the Dirección de
Artes Visuales (Visual Arts Department), located on Moreno 711,
6th floor, Capital Federal. The office is open from 11:00 to 16:00
hours and the phone number is 4342-7396. Here you´ll need to
present the valuation report from the Banco Ciudad, two (2) 10 x
15 cm. photographs of each painting or work of art (all borders
must be visible). You´ll be asked to fill in a form with complete
information about the artist. If you have ALL the required
information, this will be ready in aproximately 10 working days,
otherwise it can take aproximately 30 days.
•
If you wish EXPORTAINER to
do this paperwork for you, you will need to sign an authorization
to this effect, notarized by an "Escribano Público" / Notary
Public.
