Requerimientos

• Se podrá exportar un embarque de efectos del hogar usados libre de impuestos de la Argentina al país al cual se muda si cumplen con los siguientes requisitos:
a).- Deberán haber residido en la Argentina durante un mínimo de 1 año (365 días) anterior a la fecha de abandono del país,  
b).- Deberán poseer una visa temporaria válida por un mínimo de un (1) año para la Argentina, ó ser ciudadanos Argentinos / poseer una visa de residencia permanente.
c).- Deberán poseer una visa válida (de 1 año como mínimo) para el país al cual se mudan.
El envío deberá estar embarcado dentro del período de seis (6) meses posteriores a la fecha de abandono del país. Una vez vencido este plazo no se lo podrá embarcar.

• Fotocopia de cada una de las páginas, (incluso las que estén en blanco), tapa y contratapa, del pasaporte o pasaportes (idem si tiene más de un pasaporte, ej.: pasaportes de dos países diferentes), autenticadas por Escribano Público. Estos pasaportes deben mostrar las entradas y salidas durante al menos el último año previo a la embarcación de los efectos. En caso de tener un pasaporte de menos de un año de antigüedad deberá hacerse copia también del pasaporte anterior. La visa al país al que viaja debe figurar en el pasaporte. En el caso de que venga la visa en hoja por separado se deberá sacar fotocopia autenticada de la misma.

• Fotocopia de cada una de las páginas, tapa y contratapa, del Documento Nacional de Identidad ó de la Cédula de Identidad, autenticada por Escribano Público.

• Autorización (que será provista por nosotros) para efectuar el despacho con la firma autenticada por Escribano Público. (NO FIRMAR SOBRE PAPEL DE FAX. LA ADUANA NO LO ACEPTA).

• Firmar declaración jurada (declarando que no lleva obras de arte y que no ha enviado un embarque dentro del último año).

• Certificado Consular (o de baja) emitido por el Consulado del país al cual se piensa mudar. No es necesario para Estados Unidos.

• Fotocopia del pasaje con el cual abandonará el país autenticada por Escribano Público.

• Para países latinos: Inventario valorizado sellado por el Consulado.

• Detallar dirección y teléfono en donde se lo podrá contactar en destino.

OPTATIVO: Si piensa asegurar sus efectos, aconsejamos hacer un inventario valorizado detallando los items de valores superiores a los cien U.S. dólares (US$ 100,-) - valor de reposición en destino - y con una suma global que agrupe a todos los demás items de inferior valor, detallado como "resto del embarque". Este inventario deberá ser firmado por el interesado.

MUY IMPORTANTE: Si la documentación es firmada en el exterior, la firma del Escribano Público local deberá ser certificada por el Consulado Argentino más cercano. La firma del Cónsul Argentino deberá ser certificada a su vez en el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores en Argentina para que sea válida en éste país.

MOTORES: Autos, motos, embarcaciones y otros efectos con motor requieren un despacho aduanero independiente, por lo tanto se requerirá un segundo juego completo de documentación.

Por favor asegurarse que la autorización (Item 3) y la declaración jurada (Item 4) sean fotocopiadas o transcriptas antes de ser firmadas.

Requirements

• Shippers may export a shipment of used household effects tax free from Argentina to the country they are moving to, provided:
a).- They have resided in Argentina for at least one year (365 days) prior to the date of their departure from Argentina,
b).- They have a one year (minimum) temporary residence visa for Argentina, or are Argentine citizens / have a permanent residence visa.
c).- They have a valid visa (for a minimum of 1 year) for the country they are moving to.
Shipments must have embarked within six (6) months from the date they departed from Argentina. Once the six month time limit has expired, if the goods have not been embarked, they can no longer be sent.

• Photocopy of every single page (including blank pages), front and back covers, of shippers´ passport or passports (if shipper has more than one passport, e.g.: passports from two different countries) notarized by an "Escribano Público" (Notary Public). - These passports must show any entries and exits during at least the last year prior to embarkation of goods. If passport is less than one year old, previous passport must be photocopied and notarized as well.

• Photocopy of every single page (including blank pages), front and back covers, of shippers´ "Documento Nacional de Identidad" (D.N.I.) or "Cédula de Identidad".

• Sign an authorization (which will be provided by us) before an "Escribano Público" / Notary Public, and have him authenticate your signature. (This enables us to do customs clearance in your name).

• Sign sworn statement (stating that shipper is not transporting works of art, etc., in shipment, and has not sent a shipment within the last year).

• "Certificado Consular (o de baja)" or Consular Certificate issued by consulate of country to which you are moving (which states that shipper is moving with the purpose of residing there). This is not required for moves to the United States.

• Photocopy of airline ticket notarized ("autenticado") by an "Escribano Público" / Notary Public.

• For Latin countries only: Valued inventory signed and sealed by Consulate of country you are moving to.

• Contact address and telephone at destination.

OPTIONAL: If you plan to take out insurance we suggest you make a valued inventory detailing all Items with a value of ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$ 100,-) and over (replacement value at destination), and place a lump sum as "Rest of Shipment" to cover all the other Items (less expensive Items with individual values of under US$ 100) - This list should then be signed by shipper.

VERY IMPORTANT: If documentation is being signed outside Argentina, the signatures of the local Notary Public must be authenticated by the nearest Argentine Consulate. The signature of the Argentine Consul must in turn be authenticated at the Foreign Office in Argentina for it to be valid in Argentina.

MOTORS: Cars, motorcycles, boats and other effects with motors need a separate Customs Clearance, and therefore a second complete set of documentation.

Please make sure that the Authorization (Item 3) and the Sworn Statement (Item 4) are either transcribed or photocopied before signing.
